can take care of all the aspects involved in inviting your guests to your
wedding, saving you time and effort in the lead up to your special day.
- The process begins with a meeting to enable you to choose day and evening invitations which link in with your wedding theme and style.
- I can suggest suitable wording and will compile the necessary enclosed information for your guests, such as directions and a choice of accommodation venues.
- I liaise with your chosen invitation supplier and manage the printing process, then prepare and post out your invitations to your guests from the address details supplied to me by you (postage costs additional).
- I can act as the point of reply to your guests, and will record responses and advising you of guests unable to attend or who have not responded.
- Finally, I hand over any guest's special dietary requirements/allergies to note and the final guest numbers to you, in preparation for you to complete your seating plan and notify your chef or caterer of special diets.

Wedding Welcome Boxes
This
personal touch provides a wonderful surprise which await your guests on arrival
for your wedding. It also acts as an extra "thank you" for attending
your special day and your guests are certain to appreciate it, especially
if they are not familiar with the location of your venue. These personalised
packages include a map of the local area and information on all the attractions
and places of interest to your guests. We can provide a list of restaurants
within the local area for your guests' convenience and we can discuss which
gifts you would like included, such as Scottish shortbread, Ayrshire honey
or tablet or Scottish soaps, for example, which your guests can keep as a
souvenir of their stay. To complete this Wedding Welcome Box, we shall produce
a schedule of your wedding day for your guest's information so they aware
of the timeline for the day.
If there are additional items you wish included, these can be discussed and arranged.
