* I help you create a personal theme for your special day and produce a "mood board" to help you visualise how the different elements of your wedding could look.
* I source the suppliers which will suit your individual requirements, ensuring you have the final decision on whom to hire.
* I  liaise with your selected suppliers to confirm details and timings on your behalf.
* I will meet with you, as arranged, and send you status up-dates to ensure you are kept fully informed of how your plans are progressing.
* As your personal wedding planner, I will offer you the benefit of my experience with on-going advice and support as required. A wedding day schedule is produced to inform you and the immediate bridal party of the main points of wedding day.
* I will co-ordinate your wedding, staying discreetly in the background to ensure the day runs smoothly.

Signature Six Week Countdown
A special service which is ideal when nerves and panic starts to set in.
* At our initial meeting we discuss the plan for your wedding and I receive a handover from you, detailing the suppliers you have booked.
* I liaise with your selected suppliers to confirm times, deliveries and payment details.
* I will meet with you, as arranged and send you status reports to keep you informed of progress.
* I will offer you my expert advice and support during these exciting final few weeks.
* I will co-ordinate your wedding, staying discreetly in the background to ensure the day runs seamlessly.

Signature Wedding Day Co-ordination
Ideal for those clients who have the time and would prefer to undertake the planning of their own wedding but would benefit from having a professional to co-ordinate the details on the day itself. This service leaves you and your bridal party free from worrying about whether the flowers and the cake have been delivered on time and able to concentrate on relaxing and enjoying the preparations before the ceremony. 
* I will meet with you beforehand to receive a handover from you and I shall communicate with your pre-booked suppliers to confirm times and details for the wedding day.
* A wedding day schedule is produced for you and your bridal party
* I will co-ordinate your special day to your own requirements and wishes, remaining at your reception venue to ensure your evening entertainment has arrived and that your evening reception guests are welcomed.
Signature Wedding Day Co-ordination includes 10 hours attendance on the Wedding Day.

Signature Wedding Venue Search
Helping you to find your ‘own special place’ for an exclusive Scottish wedding.
An invaluable service to help you in one of the most time consuming and complex aspects of the planning process.  Our Signature Venue Search is particularly useful if you live outside of Scotland and would love to incorporate our stunning Scottish scenery into your wedding day.  
* Meet with me for a consultation to determine your venue requirements and then let me source your perfect wedding venue.
* Following your specification, I shall carry out three site visits to assess suitability for you and then produce written reports on each location, detailing all the relevant venue information to you.
* I can also accompany you, if required, on up to two site visits to help you visualise how your wedding could look and feel, and to walk through the stages of the ceremony and reception.
* Provisional bookings can be made on your behalf for your preferred date, if available.
* A confirmed booking and finalising of an agreed contract completes this service to you.

Signature Wedding Supplier Search
The perfect service if you are having difficulty finding a particular supplier such as outside caterers for your marquee, a magician to entertain your guests or fireworks to make your evening go with a bang! For the bride who would like that "something different" for her guests to enjoy but doesn't quite know where to find it, I can help you. I enjoy the challenge of finding that unique element to your day, which will ensure your guests remember that "something special" about your wedding.
This is also a valuable service if you simply don't have time to visit and compare the numerous wedding suppliers such as photographers, bridal cars or florists. If you live outwith  Scotland, it is difficult to know which suppliers are reputable and can be relied upon to provide what you are looking for. Let Signature Wedding Design carry out an independent supplier search for you, so you can select from a range of trusted professional suppliers that I are pleased to recommend.
For each type of service that you require:
* I will source three options which suit your specification.
* I shall compile an information report on each option for you, order samples where appropriate and arrange appointments for you to meet the suppliers and view their work.
* I can attend these meetings on your behalf if necessary and can provisionally book the supplier who meets your individual requirements, after discussion with you.
* I confirm your booking and ensure payments and paperwork are kept up to date together with liasing with your chosen supplier to confirm dates, times and deliveries on your wedding day.

Signature Advisory Service
For the bride who would like to plan her own wedding but isn't sure where to begin! This is your opportunity to ask your own professional wedding planner questions about wedding etiquette, creating a theme or what to look for when sourcing a venue or supplier - all in the comfort of your own home. This service provides general wedding planning advice and guidance at the early stages.
A planning checklist is included, plus a discount on other Signature Services booked.
Ł75 for a 2 hour session (1 Bride). Ł125 for a 3 hour session (2 Brides)
Signature Personal Planning
A personal planning workshop, tailored to your own individual wedding ideas. Following a prior discussion to determine which areas you require help with, I will meet with you in the comfort of your own home and provide you with suggested wedding venues and suppliers.
A countdown planner is included, plus a discount on other Signature Services booked.
Ł75 for a 2 hour personal planning consultation.
